After years of renting we have seen many different types of handymen, with most leaving us with less than satisfactory work.
Needless to say when Mel turned up this morning I was immediately blown away with how lovely and kind he was. He was thorough and professional yet his warm nature really shone through.
He took time and care with each item, and went through his jobs with a fine tooth comb. This sort of attention is unfortunately lacking these days. It was refreshing to see someone care enough to take pride and effort even in a small job like a hinge on a door.
It shows wonderful work ethic and that coupled with his sunny disposition makes Mel a sparkling gem amongst his peers.
We are really grateful to you for having a wonderful team . Being professional AND kind is such a rarity with many businesses not really understanding both can be achieved. Sue embodies this fully. She is professional and hardworking while always maintaining her ethics kindness and compassion.
